When will I receive my poem?
We ship out poems on the 15th of every month (or the following Monday if the 15th falls on a Sunday). Postal timeline for delivery in the US is 3 to 5 days. This is a slow post after all!
I still haven't received my poem this month!
Sometimes a slow post truly is slow! We ship out all poems via USPS, which can take up to 5 business days. However, if you still haven't received a poem after that time, please reach out and we will send you a replacement or a refund.
Please note, if your poem is returned to sender, we will reach out to confirm address and reattempt delivery once more.
What are my subscription options?
Once you purchase, you will be automatically subscribed for a monthly poem. Your account will auto charge on the 5th of every month. You can also pay up front for a 6 month or 12 month purchase. These will not auto renew, but we will send you an email reminder if you wish to continue.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! Cancel monthly subscriptions anytime in your account profile. Please note, 6 month and 12 month purchases are final sale and do not auto renew.
How can I update my address or billing information?
Update your shipping or billing information any time in your account profile created at checkout.
