What are my subscription options?

We offer both monthly or prepaid subscription options! Subscribe by the 5th to receive this month's poem, mailed on the 15th. Orders placed after the 5th begin with next month's poem. Your account will auto charge on the 5th of every month thereafter. Prepaid subscriptions are available for 6 month or 12 months. These will not auto renew, but we will send you an email reminder if you wish to continue.
When will I receive my poem?

We ship out poems on the 15th of every month (or the following Monday if the 15th falls on a Sunday). Postal timeline for delivery in the US is 3 to 5 days. This is a slow post after all!

Please note, if you purchased your subscription after the 5th of the month, you will begin with next months poem. 
I still haven't received my poem this month!

Sometimes a slow post truly is slow! We ship out all poems via USPS, which can take up to 5 business days. However, if you still haven't received a poem after that time, please reach out and we will send you a replacement or a refund. Initial orders placed after the 5th of the month will begin with next month's poem.

Please note, if your poem is returned to sender, we will reach out to confirm address and reattempt delivery once more.
Can I cancel my subscription? 

Of course! Cancel monthly subscriptions anytime in your account profile. Please note, 6 month and 12 month purchases are final sale and do not auto renew.

Update your shipping or billing information any time in your account profile created at checkout.
